G-spin™ Total DNA Extraction Mini Kit [IVD]
High yield and pure DNA can be extracted from a variety of specimens, such as whole blood, cells, tissues, fixed tissues, and Gram-negative bacteria, using a spin-type product. With the improved Lysis Buffer and Binding Buffer provided by the G-spinTM Total DNA Extraction Mini Kit, DNA can be extracted from blood without the need for separate RBC lysis. With customized methods for every specimen, genomic DNA may be extracted rapidly in 20 to 30 minutes, guaranteeing reliability and speeding up the research process. The kit has proven to be useful for a variety of specimen types, making downstream applications like PCR and hybridization research easier.
