Sizer™ -100 DNA Marker Solution enables accurate size determination during nucleic acid electrophoresis. It contains 11 fragments ranging from 100 bp to 1,500 bp, with each band having a concentration of 40 ng per 5 μl. Notably, the 500 bp band has a concentration of 100 ng, facilitating size identification. With the loading buffer included, it can be used immediately without additional preparation. This versatile marker can be stained using RedSafe™ Nucleic Acid Staining Solution, Ethidium bromide (EtBr), or other DNA stains, ensuring flexibility in staining options.
